By accessing and using NotaryID Pro ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
NotaryID Pro provides a platform for notary professionals to order custom professional identification cards. Our service includes online ordering, professional design, design approval, and shipping of physical ID cards.
All orders are subject to acceptance. Prices are listed in US dollars. Payment is processed securely through PayPal. By placing an order, you authorize the charge of the listed price plus shipping fees to your selected payment method.
Before your card is printed, you will be given the opportunity to review and approve the design through your private portal. You are responsible for verifying that all information on the card is accurate before approving. Once approved, the design is sent to print and cannot be changed.
Due to the custom nature of our products, refunds are generally not available once a design has been approved and sent to print. If there is an error in your order caused by NotaryID Pro, we will reprint and reship your card at no cost. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your card if there is an issue.
You agree to provide accurate information when placing your order. You represent that you are an authorized notary public or are ordering on behalf of one. You are responsible for ensuring your notary commission information is current and accurate.
The designs, website content, and branding of NotaryID Pro are our intellectual property. By uploading photos and information, you grant us a limited license to use them solely for the purpose of producing your ID card.
NotaryID Pro shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for your order.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
